Welcome to Flash ERP. This Privacy Policy explains how Flash Tech collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Flash ERP mobile application (the "App"). The App is intended solely for authorized personnel and employees.

1. Information We Collect

To provide accurate attendance and shift tracking, the App collects the following types of information:

Personal Identifiers: We collect your FSS Number or CNIC and password strictly for authentication and verifying your employee identity.
Location Data: We collect your precise GPS location data in the background and foreground only when you mark your attendance (Check-in, Check-out, Overtime). This ensures you are at the authorized assignment site.
Camera and Photos: The App requires access to your device's camera to capture a mandatory selfie during the attendance process to verify your identity visually.

Note on Permissions: The App will explicitly prompt you for Camera and Location permissions. Without these permissions, the core attendance functionality of the App will not work.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used exclusively for internal human resources and operational purposes, including:

Authenticating your employee account.
Recording and verifying your daily attendance, shift timings, and leaves.
Calculating distances to verify you are at the correct deployment site.
Preventing attendance fraud or unauthorized access.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. Your data is strictly shared internally with Flash Tech's HR and Management departments for operational administration.

4. Data Security

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. All sensitive data (including credentials and location logs) is transmitted securely to our encrypted servers.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify employees of any significant changes via internal communications or through an update within the App.
